Effective Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 8:00 am CST the Panama City Housing Authority will be opening the Project-based Voucher waitlist for new applicants who qualify for a 3 bedroom apartment unit.

Since 1950, the Panama City Housing Authority has been providing affordable housing for many low-income families in Panama City. The PCHA provides and facilitates affordable housing for 262 apartment homes, 643 Housing Choice Vouchers (Section Eight) and 70 Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) vouchers.
