11/16/20 - Invitation to Bid Roof Replacement

The Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA) Invitation to Bid for 3 roof replacements at our apartment communities.

  • Scope of Work - The project sites are located at 261 Everitt Avenue and 1025 Everitt Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The Work of this contract generally involves:
    Re-roof 3 buildings listed in the Bid Scope Documents, complete with new decking, fascia and soffits.
  • Documents - Project Bid Scope Documents may be obtained free of charge in the digital PDF format from the PCA website https://www.panamacityhousing.org
  • Bid Schedule - Sealed Bids will be due December 11, 2020 no later than 2 pm CST and will be opened in the PANAMA CITY HOUSING AUTHROITY Conference Room at 2315 Ruth Hentz Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32405
  • Sealed Bids - may be mailed or delivered to Panama City Housing Authority at 2315 Ruth Hentz Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32405, Attention : Mr. Mike Johnson, Facilities Manager, and must be received by 2:00 pm CST on December 11, 2020. Oral, telegraphic, or electronic proposals will not be considered.
  • Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference - A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for December 1st at 2:00 pm CST at 1025 Everitt Avenue Unit L2, Panama City, Florida 32401.
