10/14/26 - Public Housing Waitlist Opening - 2 Bedroom

Effective Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 8:00 am CDT the Panama City Housing Authority will be opening the Public Housing Waitlist for 200 new applicants who qualify for a 2 bedroom unit.Please note, this is not for the voucher program. This application is for an apartment at one of four public housing communities.

The waitlist will remain open until 200 applicants have been received. Applications will be accepted online at portal.panamacityhousing.org. CLICK HERE TO APPLY

PHA Policy:

  • The PHA will offer a preference to any elderly or disabled family.
  • The PHA will offer a local preference to families that reside in Bay County Florida at the time of application.
