It is time for our annual resident meetings. Below is information and times corresponding to the community you live in. If you are unable to make the meeting time for your community, please feel free to join one of the other meetings. You will also receive an email to complete a survey if you are unable to attend.

Residents of James Asbel Memorial Apartments
When: Thursday, April 9th @ 10:00 am
Where: Asbell laundry/meeting room

Residents of Oakland Garden Apartments
When: Thursday April 9th @ 1:30 pm
Where: Oakland community meeting room

Residents of Gardner Dickinson Aprtments
When: Thursday, April 9th @ 3:30 pm
Where: Dickinson Mailboxes, 261 Everitt Avenue

Residents of Kirkland Apartments
When: Thursday, April 9th @ 5:00 pm Where: Kirkland Office

There will be a brief survey and open discussion regarding the HUD 2023-2024 Annual Plan and Capital Fund grant that is provided to HUD, and the following upcoming changes on June 1, 2026:

  • After hours lockouts will no longer be handled by maintenance. Tenats will be respnisble for calling a locksmith.
  • Administrative efficiencies, consolidation of AMP 1 and AMP 2

Light refreshments will be provided and an opportunity to win a $25 Walmart Gift Card.
