The Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA), Florida; Invitation to Bid RFP #2021-01; Henry T. Kirkland Mailbox Pavilion Project:

  • Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves construction of an 18-ft. x 14-ft. wood-framed mailbox center and pavilion on a fully occupied and operational multifamily housing complex located at 261 Everitt Avenue Panama City, Florida. The owner and residents will occupy the existing multifamily housing complex property during the entire construction project. Federal procurement requirements, bonds and insurance requirements apply. The Work of the Project is defined by the Bid Documents.
  • Documents - Project Manual and Specifications, and Drawings will be available May 24, 2021 for no cost digital download or for the cost of printing if a hard copy is requested, or may be viewed at a pre-arranged time at:

    Project Bid Scope Documents may be obtained in digital PDF format free from the PCHA Procurement website http://www.panamacityhousing.org. Interested parties are encouraged to register with the Architect for direct downloads and automatic notifications.
  • Bid Schedule - Sealed Bids will be due June 3, 2021 no later than 2:00 pm and will be opened in the PANAMA CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY Conference Room at 2315 Ruth Hentz Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32405.
  • Sealed Bids - may be mailed or delivered to Panama City Housing Authority at 2315 Ruth Hentz Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32405, Attention: Mr. Justin Boyce, Executive Assistant, and must be received by 2:00 pm on June 3, 2021. Oral, telegraphic or electronic proposals will not be considered.
